Save these dates! March 2-3-4, 2012 are the dates for the 24th Annual Tompkins Cortland Home Builders & Remodelers (TCBRA) Spring Home & Garden Show at TC3 College in Dryden! This year’s show event highlighting ‘Aging in Place’ and ‘Universal Design’ for those would rather live out their final years in their own home by designing the changes to your home to accommodate your growing needs as you age. A great topic for today’s aging baby boomers, folks with elderly parents, or caregivers of special needs individuals. Look for our TCBRA member certified CAPS builders (CAPS = Certified Aging in Place Specialist) We also have a special nationally known NAHB guest speaker Esther Greenhouse attending our show and will offer a seminar Saturday…sign up early! Habitat for Humanity will do a presentation, seminars will be offered on the showroom floor, refreshments, new home builders, remodelers, log & timber companies, insurance companies, sustainable living, alternative energy companies (wind, solar, geothermal), pole barn specialists, appliances, green and energy efficient products, window & door companies…everything you need for today’s homeowner under one roof! $5 admission good for all 3 days...$1 of admission goes to Habitat for Humanity. Children under 17 Free! Refreshments available. Friday hours 3-7pm, Saturday 10-8pm, Sunday 10-4pm.
